Whether you come to us with you own hand drawn plan, or you need help with design, the first person you’ll meet is the Builder, Darrell, to discuss your ideas and plans. At this early stage in the process, Darrell will gather all the information he needs to ensure that he fully understand your vision for your new home.

Any questions or queries you may have will also be addressed and guidance will be given as to how best to take the project forward, including timescales and projected costs. Once Darrell has been fully briefed on your plans, he can arrange for your design to be drawn up, again discussing this with you and outlining the practicality of it and the full cost of the build.

This part of the process may include multiple revisions of the plans before they are approved for building, and Darrell will work closely with you to ensure you’re completely happy with the final draft.

After the final design has been approved and signed off, Seapointe Homes will then begin on the construction, arranging all the tradesmen and working efficiently to ensure a swift process. We use only the best quality building materials to ensure a high standard on all our houses and will create the property exactly as we agreed on for your complete satisfaction.
